The History and Media Studies Departments are delighted to offer students studying History or Media Studies at GCSE the opportunity to participate in a trip to the battlefields of the First World War.
‘… it was a highly enjoyable trip for everyone involved yet, and I think I speak for everyone on the trip, it made us extremely more aware and respectful towards those who fought and died for us in the First World War. The visit will be for two nights and three days departing on Wednesday 27th February 2013. Our accommodation will be the Poppies Hotel in the town of Albert.
